When and where?

Does anybody know when and where you can get this phone when it comes out? I called T-Mobile (I know they're not going to sell it, but was hoping for some information) and they knew even less than I did. Everything I have read said you must purchase if from google. $530 with no contract or $180 with a two year agreement and you only have one plan to pick from. The supposed retail date is January 5th. You would think they would have done some sort of advertising or at least have something come up on a Google search.

u guys notice how it doesn't say time zone. i find that odd. because google is in what Seattle,WA so I find it strange it does not specify.

Google is in Mountain View, CA. South of San Francisco. Still in the same time zone as Seattle.

The press conference starts at 10 am, so who really knows. How likely are they to open up sales 1 hour before the conference starts? Actually, I would open up sales today if I was google, and let everyone order but the shipments don't arrive until 10AM the day of the conference.

I'm more interested in the business model for the N1 in this side of the pond.
How much would it cost in Europe?Who will be selling it?Google or HTC? Which carriers would have it for sale?
So far there aren't any news/leaks/rumors regarding the n1 in Europe, so I guess only at 05/01/2010 we will have the full details.

Wow, didn't take long to get it rooted huh? Instant buy for me. Can't wait for that Android 2.1, AMOLED, 5.0 MP w/Flash, 3.7" screen, and 1GHz Snapdragon Processor. Just can't wait!

it will also be possible to buy it at google.com/phone and ship it to europe. Guys at engadget.com have the full terms of sale wich say that this will be possible. Only thing is you will have to pay taxes and the shipping ... but I don't care bout that, just wanna have that phone ;)

has anyone read the terms and conditions, it says phone might be 430. hope thats true not the 530 thats a little high
