2.06 radio with 1.48 ROM?

Is there any way of flashing the 1.48 rom with the radio from the 1.61 rom?

I would like that too. Keep my German 1.48 but have the new radio. I suppose what we could do:

Flash 1.61 with goldcard, THEN flash 1.48 with the SSPL method. The radio would remain untouched.

Yes this is the only method for now and it works. I used it.

i've just flashed the 1.61 for the radio.

I could go ahead and flash the 1.48 rom but would need confirmation that it would flash the rom without the old radio.

you have to extract os.nb from the rom and build a new ruu_signed.nbh without radio etc...

If you have flashed 1.61 using the goldcard method now you have the 2.06 radio. Now you will have to flash the 1.48 ROM using the SSPL method. Extract the .exe ROM ship to a folder and from there take only the .nbh file and put it in the same folder with the SSPL. Then follow the usual steps for SSPL. This will not flash the radio again and you will remain with the 2.06 radio.

I did these steps today and all went fine. Now I have 1.48 and 2.06 radio.
