I do not agree. I would like to see version 10.0 back. Maybe u can let people choose themselves which version they want and deliver a seperate cab file with the rom to install the persons prefered opera version?
Because now i cant remove 9.7 and install 10 myself. Or can i?

You can Install and Opera 10 (cab from opera web site...)
with no problem

With opera 10 as ROM default your can't install v9.7...

ps: another mistake found i believe. not a big deal, but would be nice for your own best interest.
In Artemis Center the 'about' tap, still says v12. shouldnt this be v13?
(this is in the dutch version, dont know about other lang's)

NO Sir, Opera 10 is totally an other application (from 9.7)

What could you possible do/fix/add more in v14?

Opera 9.7 really sucks compared to 10. Would love to see 10 cooked in. First thing I always do after flash is deleting the crappy opera 9.7 and installing opera 10
