Default [ROM][32A] AOSP CursorEclair 0.1 - BETA! ON HOLD FOR NOW :) [01-12-10]

AOSP CursorEclair 0.1 BETA!

I needed to do something between CursorSense32A 1.0 Final and the release of the 2.1 Sense ROM for the Magic, so here goes...

Features:
- Based on Android 2.1 AOSP
- CCR32A-0.4 2.6.27 Kernel and Modules
- Performance Start-up scripts in /etc/init.d
- Compcache (128MB)
- Google Apps and Framework from Nexus One Dump
- Nexus bootscreen (because I like it!)

Not working
- Google Accounts
- camera
- gps

Not included (yet)
- live wallpapers

Requires:
Radio: 6.35.07.29
SPL: 1.76.2007
Guts and brains! (I can't help with this one!)

Radio/SPL update instructions - AT YOUR OWN RISK!

Very fast, but not working entirely...

I'm still working on it.

Full nandroid backup first. You definitely need to wipe before coming from another ROM, even if it is 2.1 based.

Don't ask me to port this to the older 3.22 32A Radio, or to 32B, because I don't have the time to. (and I don't really want to)

Enjoy!

Oh and by the way, this also runs on the HTC Hero! (Same things work/don't work on Hero)

Understand that this doesn't entirely work yet... Please don't use this if you expect perfection.
Don't send me private messages for support, keep it all in this thread

From what i can see right now the boot animation is a LOT faster than with cursorsense!!
There is some sluggishness when changing home screens but elsewhere everything is fast.
I'll keep you posted!

EDIT: managed to install astro through adb and get a benchmark running. CPU tests are giving good results.
I tried instally Market via adb and this is the error i get : Failure [INSTALL_FAILED_MISSING_SHARED_LIBRARY]

! Also not working : Network-based location
I'm missing the mobile on/off switch in settings :/

He will most probably add it later on, when he builds a fully functional version.

Actually, if I recall correctly, it is multi-language.
I can't check for sure, because my dev phone is at the office.
