Welcome to my take on ROM development... If you don't like it, change it!
The way I work is this; the ROM is built for me, the kitchen is for you. This means I've built a ROM for my own requirements, which might not suit everyone or anyone here, but you get a kitchen. A kitchen I've proven works... I built my ROM with it.

How do I install ChuckyROM?
First you need HSPL & TMOUS Radio, once those are installed, simply download ChuckyROM and run the exe.

Where are the downloads?
Everything is in post 1 I've currently have about 6 links under the downloads section... JumboFiles & Hotfile mirrors are also located there.

OMG! I think I've bricked my phone, it's stuck at the bootscreen, help!
Don't worry you haven't bricked your device, just do the following. Hold volume down and reset the device (leave it connected to usb), this will take you back to the bootloader... download and install a TMOUS Radio.

I'm trying to flash your ROM but it's stuck at 0%?
First you need HSPL & TMOUS Radio, once those are installed, run the ChuckyROM again.

Can you help with x problem?
I can try, but I don't promise anything... especially when it comes to things I don't personally run. When your asking in the thread for help, please tell us which ROM/Radio your running. If there is a new release always try that first, because you just never know.

Can you cook x program into ChuckyROM?
Only if I find it useful... Remember the ROM is to my taste. If you want something cooked in, the kitchen is there for you.

What Radio is the best?
Try them and find out... No one radio is the best everywhere. See my signature for what I'm currently running, today

What's the difference between Lite & Tabtastic?
I take it you haven't looked at the changelogs in the first post :P

Why have you chosen COM3 builds over COM5/COM2?
COM3 is what you see on real production devices by all manufacturers whether that be LG, Samsung, HTC or Sony Ericsson. COM5 was only ever a beta branch, and COM2 is old.

Why aren't you running the latest OEM or Manila versions?
Simple answer I don't do test versions. This is one of my 'Golden Rules', OEM must always be from a shipped ROM. New Manila must be stable, so if it has reports of problems, it doesn't get included. Plus new Manila versions must be compatible with the various Tabs I've included in the Tabtastic releases. The exception to the rule is when a package included in a shipped ROM is buggy and a new version only available in TEST ROMs provides fixes, then I'll include it. Case and Point here being HTC Messaging Client.

When will the kitchen be updated?
When there is a new ROM. I will not ever share materials with anyone person before I have released it for everyone. I may at times ask people to test stuff, but those will always be available publicly on vbnfiles or one of the mirrors if there is a problem with vbn at the time.

How can I restore the boot splash screen?
What you mean you don't like the ChuckyROM boot splash, ahh everyone's a critic
Use the 'Restore Boot Splash.sfx.exe' file to go back to the bog standard boring HTC bootscreen, conversely if you realise the error of your ways 'ChuckyROM_Bootscreen.sfx.exe' is available to re-install the ChuckyROM boot screen.

Have you got a ROM that doesn't require TMOUS Radio?
Yes from 14 July International HD2s can run both 51 & 50 radios. You may also want to check out my good friend Sanjeev's VBNROM (also built with Chucky).

Using the Kitchen, I get an error at creating NBH file, is there a fix?
Yes, Edit the 'NBH Structure.xml' file and change the splash from 1 to 0. This is because you removed ChuckySplash.nb from the advanced tweaks.

Will you ever do a black/dark themed ChuckyROM?
Almost certainly, best candidates so far are Dark Ninja's Black GTX/WP7 Metro and _LeCiel_'s Sencity. As you can probably tell with ChuckyROMs, the design philosophy is simplicity, and it is the key for the entire look.

hey this looks like a great rom , just what i've been looking for...

if i'm not mistaken it seems that you've taken original opera out of the rom.
if so could you provide a cab to the original leo opera , or maybe even better make a rom that's the same as this one only with original opera in it... if it's not too much to ask
