Tilt sound problem

I just got back from a store my phone they unlocked it

but i have noticed that they changed this information

my old information :
ROM VERSION : 3.57.502.0 WWE
ROM DATE : 07/17/08
rADIO VERSION : 1.65.21.18
PROTOOCOL VERSION : 25.88.40.05H

and now i see this
ROM VERSION : 3.57.502.2 WWE
ROM DATE : 07/17/08
rADIO VERSION : 1.70.olinex
PROTOOCOL VERSION : 25.65.30.04H

the problem im having is anyone calls me or my ringtone
i click vibrate it wont virate or ring ?
or when i call or sumone calls me i pick up there is no sound at all ?
please any one
