unfortunately you have to have an original ROM to upgrade (there is no extrom.bin & flash.bin only a file named Acer_S200_3.003b.00_EN_03.03.08_3.003.01.amf. You can downgrade your custom ROM using hacked euu to an official one and then upgrade to this ROM).

Dont worry about that my v3.0 rom will be based of these new 3.003 oem drivers.

been trying to update rom to latest rom version 03 from version 2.003d.01.EN.02 but keep getting error SKU incompatible. ive already changed registry value of language to EN_03 but still got that error.
should i change value of ExtROMVer also? what should i do?

You shoud change value of language to EN (not to EN_03)
