Default vista mobile device center contacts
hey I need a bit of help here

I have a client that picked up a verizon branded apache that has the stock WM5 on it. The issue is when they try to sync using the vista mobile device center it copies the contacts to a folder on the sd card. So my question is how to i get it to sync them into the contacts? Will upgrading it to WM6 solve this?
