Yes... Can't tell any appreciable difference between 2 and 3 which is probably a good thing since it's hard to improve upon great.

I would try this except I can't download anything from the market, maybe email it to me and ill install from SD... also worth noting that I just upgraded to test3 to see if it was resolved and it was not... going to try wiping cache and uid from recovery while you guys think up something else ;)
