please help me to analyse the cause of PXA310 run haret load android failure‏

Hello everybody.
I have a Mobile phone below,
Model: DEC A6
OS:WindowsMobile 6.1 Professional
CPU:Marvell Malahans PXA310(624MHZ)+NXP5209
ROM:256M
RAM:128M
GPS:SIRF Ⅲ
WIFI,USB 2.0 etc

when i run haret haretlog.txt below.
haretlog.txt
before set mtype = 1388 ,stop when jumping to kernel.
after set mtype = 1233, the screen is white.

hope anybody give me a soluation,thanks.

haret supports pxa3xx?
