Smile [32A Port] [xROM Eclair 1.1.1 Final] [2.1] [AOSP/CMSource] [CM-Kernel] 2/2/2010

EDIT 2 Feb: Updated for xROM 1.1.1. JIT is not enabled in my port, but I may release a JIT-enabled one soon.

Thanks to JAC (http://twitter.com/justanotherdev) and Cyanogen for the great work on this ROM and kernel respectively (even though he didn't give me any help on compiling it when I asked for it...).

Special thanks to pershoot for sharing the camera fix hint

The port file is available as a flash-over update.zip - download at http://drop.io/apacheo/

Installation:

1) Download JAC's original rom file here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=610425
2) Download my latest port file here: http://drop.io/apacheo - NEW!
3) Copy both files to your SD Card
4) Reboot into recovery mode
5) Wipe
6) Flash JAC's rom
7) Flash my port file.
8) Reboot

...

9) Enjoy

It should, yes.

Have you flashed a ROM before?

Dunno, haven't flashed it. I hate SenseUI - it's as ugly as f*** and slow as treacle.

I doubt that. I hate Sense

Plain Eclair with modified launcher is so much better.
