Smile Some BootAnimation [02/27] *update*

THEY WORKS ON ECLAIR 2.1 BASED ROM ONLY !!!

Here's some bootanimation:

3) Copy in your Tools folder
4) Push via ADB with:

adb remount
adb push bootanimation.zip /system/media/
adb shell reboot

Trying to load one of these and get the following:

failed to copy 'C:\androidsdk\bootanimation.zip' to '/system/media/bootanimation.zip' : Read-only file system
I'm not weird, i'm an "Aspie" ...

NEVERMIND!! - Forgot to: adb remount

It shows that it loaded, but the boot animation has not changed.
I'm not weird, i'm an "Aspie" ...

I gave it a shot and it also loaded, but the boot animation also didnt change here... I'll double check if I"m doing something wrong !

I was trying to get mine work, but i dont know why, i can not make mines work.
Could you please let me know how you did?
Here you can dowload mine and have a look if you want and let me know what i did wrong.

( I cant five you the link, admin not allowed for new users)



For those who can not use the ones that QTecnology try to install like i did.

I have a Eclair 2.1 and they are working to me.

To install them:

1) Download
2) Rename in bootanimation.zip
3) Copy in your Tools folder
4) Push via ADB with:
Code:
adb remount
adb push bootanimation.zip /data/local
adb shell reboot
QTecnology, do you allowed to me to post your bootanimations in htcmania forums?

its a spanish forum.

you must to zip all files without any compression...

I have tried to push these to both:

/system/media

and

/data/local

and neither of them produces a new boot screen...


Any Suggestions?
I'm not weird, i'm an "Aspie" ...
