Issues with a brand new HD2

Hi guys, I´ve had my phone for a week now and I can only say one thin: I LOVE IT! But i´m experiencing some problems. It´s driving me crazy!

1) Battery draining real fast. From 100% to 93% in 10 mins. Was browsing my mail.

2) The favourite contacts in sense disappears from time to time. Have to add them again. Where do they go?

3) My biggest issue! Everytime I put the dataconnections setting to OFF, it´ll go ON again when the phones wifi are trying to connect. Is it a bugg? I don´t want 3g when I´m at home. Is thera any app that lets the user swap between wifi anda data connections? Like sbsettings in iPhone.
