Make the contact sync with Outlook? using HTC Sync?

Maybe this question have been asked some where,
I've also checked with google.com / support / forums...
seem that there have no 100% workable tools,

So, I would like to change the questions to..
Is it possible to make N1 to use with HTC Sync?

I owned Magic before, and the HTC Sync make me very happy
to sync with Outlook easily, just like use with WinMobile Sync.
simply and workable..

These are the main problem to make me use N1 as my 2nd till now..
