when my htc mega locked (display off) and receive an sms the display does not light with the sms? Why? ha any way to change this system? thanks

You can check options about sms notifications in registry.
Try this:

There is all about sms messages.

i don't know what exactly you are looking, but i can help you with blacklight on incoming sms. (device is locked, but the light tourns on on a couple of seconds, on sms received)
this is here:
HKLM\drivers\builtin\ril

parametr: Disablesmswakeupevent: 0 (default 1)

Or disable the default device lock, download Slide2Unlock and customize away.
