Okay kinda wierd question.
I am a truck driver and I spend a fair amount of time at a truckstop which has wifi, and to log into thier wifi service, I have to use my email address as a username. My email address has an underscore in it. When I try to make an underscore with the Tilt2 keyboard layout, it just makes like I had hit the spacebar 3 or 4 times. It doesnt do this in WinMo, just in Android.
Is there something I can do about this?
Unfortunately no, maybe try the onscreen keyboard, or copy/paste it from somewhere else.

Ok thanks.
I guess I'll have to figure out how to c&p with Android, never tried it.
Thanks for always being so helpful, without having you around to answer a million questions, alot of us would be having a much tougher time with Android

you will have to uninstall the android you just installed, then use the file explorer to browse to your storage card and delete the andboot directory.
Then reinstall the latest android cab to storage again.
The problem was that it was using your settings from a previous install.
I'm really glad this works for some people, but for me both times I've tried it it's EATEN my memory card.. When I reboot into WM many of my SD-installed apps are broken because their files are corrupted.
Oh well.
Okay so I dug out my older 4G card, vs the 8G card I have now, and it it installed without any problems.
My 8G card always felt slower, but I guess this is clear evidence that it is slower or something is a little off with it, as about 5 minutes after the cab finished installing Android was up.
Now I might try moving the files from the 4G to my 8G so I can use it any time, we'll see if that works. Any reason this wouldn't work? Any UUID or other card-specific metadata I'll need to update to try it?

You could buy that new Kingston 16gb class 10 card. I did and boy am I glad. The thing is fast as hell and runs android without issues.
Not too long ago, we talked about how Sony was continuing its AOSP efforts on … more
