I have used some file that I have modified.
The file are framework-res.apk, launcher.apk and settings.apk.
The meteo widgets are Beautiful widget and Snowstorm (you can find this 2 programs in the market).

You can find it for free in the Market.

Lock Screen=Android 2.0 Lockscreen ported by g4rb4ge from modaco
Theme=NexTANG by manup (ported to Liquid by bais, he included the wallpaper with theme)

Icons=Random icons I found around the web
