Default Freedom Universal Keyboard and AEKMapper not good together

Hello,
I have the Freedom Universal Keyboard and on my previous device, HTC Tytn with WM5 I used a bluetooth keyboard remapped with AEKMapper for my Czech layout. Everything worked just fine, even when I didn't install the drivers from manufacturer and used the ones in WM5.
Now, on the HD2, I could pair it right away and it worked in its original layout quite well(even though I couldn't use shift to select a text going over multiple lines, just on the line of the cursor, and AltGr didn't work at all).
I installed AEKMap in its newest version (1.3, free) and loaded my own layout that I used back on the Tytn. BUT as soon as I hit Load Now to load the layout, all the keys that are somehow remapped stopped working. Now I could just type the letters that I didn't mention in the layout script at all. So useless for me. After unloading the layout in AEKMap everything works back in the English layout.

I need my layout, because without it, all the special characters (?!,.-= etc.) are in different places and since I have Czech layout on my home keyboard, it's confusing PLUS my school notes look sucky and they're difficult to learn without diacritics like carons and acutes.

PLEASE help me. As we speak more and more of my school notes are being written improperly...

EDIT: solved, just selecting a SIP keyboard other than the HTC one enabled the remapped characters. Did not enable the hotkeys like Alt+stuff for special characters or Win+stuff to launch programs.
