I've used a generic micro USB car charger with my N1 since I got it with no ill effects. Just make sure it is spec'd to output the correct power (it should be) .5A (500mA) - 1A and you should be fine.

I use A Griffin PowerJolt Dual Car Charger and the usb cord that came with the nexus one

but to answer your question, the cliq car charger is good also to use
