Unhappy Problem with the usb connection

Hi,
I just bought a s620 that runs wm5, but when I try to connect it to my pcs with the usb cable nothing happens... as if the phone wasn't there at all.

I tried on 2 different computers with 2 different usb cables. The phone charges fine and connects on activesynch via bluetooth... I even tried to hard reset it but I had no luck

Is the phone faulty? Have you got any ideas on how to fix it?

Thanks a lot.

You need to install ActiveSync into your PC before it can recognize your phone. Also try using a different USB cable.

Maybe its hardware and your miniusb port is damaged, you can find good and cheap deals in ebay.

u said that u connected via bluetooth, u said the phone charges when pluged....so i think your activesync its not configurated with a USB connection OR your phone isnt configurated to allow a USB connection to Activesync.

check activesync in the phone and in the PC to ALLOW USB CONECTION

se ya
