A Few Questions........

Hi everyone....i just have a few questions about HTC Leo..

i haven't got mine yet [still have to wait another week]...but i used to create themes for symbian phones specially nokia.....I'd love to do this for my Leo..
so, here are my questions:

1- what is the program used to create themes for Windows mobile phones ?
[ just like carbide UI theme creator for nokia ] or do i have to create it by a difficult and different progs????

2- how to change the icons?

i've seen alot of icon sets on the forum all in cab format and not included with the theme...that makes us reach the third Q

3- the icon set is made in one cab and the theme in another cab...is this the only way?

4- what is the proper size and format of the icon to be used [Jpg or Png] or should i use them in Ico format???

5- what is the program used to create the cab of the icon set ???

another Q :

for wallpapers do i have to create them also in a cab format or this is an option...and if i should create them in cab format, what program should i use?????
