My barber showed me the app on his iPhone and it is kind of cool. Here is the article from a website I found:

The app brings a new term to social media called a ‘Knock’. A ‘Knock” allows a user to establish live visual communication with a friend in order to share streaming video. Facebook Connect is integrated into Knocking Live Video which allows ‘Knock’ stories to be published to a user’s Facebook page allowing you to further expand your social network. The application is available for free to the first 50,000 users through the iTunes App Store under the social networking category.
