kies on omnia 2 in canada

I want to know if someone can tell me how to put kies( samsung application store) in my Omnia 2. I have installe kies on my pc and set uk for country but it don't regnoniez my phone

someone could help????

same issue but in belgium i found a cab on samsung apps i've installed it on my phone but it tells me that it's not available in my country so is there a way to make work???? I've downloaded a few free apps by kies & those apps have an .app extension i've already tried to change the extension with .cab but the installation does not work any idea?
