Default Haret wont finish loading android...

Hey everyone... I cant seem to start android. I run Haret and it does the whole text on screen thing, but it ends up with this:

[ 000.000000] Something used micropklt_lcd_ctrl. This function should no longer be used.

Now the 000.000000 within the brackets just increases. thats all it does. it continues scrolling while that number increases over and over and over very fast. (i dont know if it actually starts at 000.000000 but it increases so quickly i am just using the zeros as placeholders for the actual numbers.

Any help?

I have tried that already. I formatted the card completely and tried fresh. Same error. The weird thing is back in december i was able to load the 12/24 build on my phone while running NRG's rom.

I am now running Josh's Perfect 1.7 rom. Could the rom have anything to do with it?

hey im no expert, but the same thing happened to me. I realized that the start up file was not in the root of the SD card. make sure u have the STARTUP.TXT file in the root, the build i was using came with a folder designated startup configuration, and i found the rhodium file in there and copied it to the root.
Hope this helps

Lightbulb Maybe this will help

I have 2 Micro SD cards and I can get Haret/Android to boot on my 2GB card but it will not boot on my 8GB card. The 8GB card has all my standard folders and files for my TP2 but the 2GB card was a fresh format with only Haret/Android on it. I loaded up the same files and folders to the root of each of the cards but only the 2GB card will fully boot. For me, this works. I just put in the 2GB card when I want to run Android.
Current Handsets:
Primary Line: HTC Amaze (Energy ICS ROM)
Secondary Line: Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 (Stock)
Work Line: HTC Inspire 4G (Stock)

Same thing for me. I used two different cards, the 2G SanDisk worked and 8G Kingston didn't. I bought an 8G SanDisk and now I have two "good enough to boot Android" cards.

My 8G Kingston was nothing but trouble anyway. I bought the 2G SanDisk because I couldn't flash a ROM from the Kingston (which is in my wife's phone now ).

I suggest buying a new card

VZW Galaxy Nexus!

With me, Haret will just randomly lock on boot. Usually, resetting the TP2 then trying a reboot will work.

It's odd. It seems to work sometimes, then not at all.

(BTW, I'm booting off a 16GB SanDisk card)
