Ompass world city lite is out

Ompass world city lite is now in the Samsung application store.
Initially I was excited about this but this is a lite version and does not use gps to determine your location so is pretty much a pretty demo with no real use.
I am hoping they don't over price the proper working version when they release it as I was really looking forward to this.
I wasn't expecting this to be out in this manner when Samsung awarded them prizes to release this for free and the version they have released for free is pretty much useless :-S

Was this program ever released in full?

I can't find much info on it. It doesn't even seem possible to buy it.
