I use Weather Radar (Weather Panel) and Touch Weather.
Here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=548023
for the Weather Radar.

To try Touch Weather, look to the site:

More news about it soon...

Best weather application
Hello,

I think it depends strong on what you need (as allways):

SBSH Pocketweather if you need really informative, reliable, complete, very skinnable weather informations( skinning is not necessary, just try first standard skins).

SPB Weather if you like a great user interface and a real gimmick but no in depth weather information

Weather radar shows only US weather radar...

As a pilot, I use checkwx.mobi because it gives very detailed information. Just learn the airport identifier of your closest airport and you are good to go.
