Default [APP] to fix AOSP 1.6 rom EVDO Problem *NOW IN MARKET*

**UPDATE**
I have received a lot of messages for donations.
This app is now in the market, both a free version, and a paid version. THEY ARE IDENTICAL, the paid one just donates .99 to my broke self
****

Current Version: 1.7
Next Release: Widget

Out of beta! This is an official release.

This app just runs the shell command to fix the evdo problem after wifi connects and disconnects. just run it, and its done. (even using the shell to run this command takes some seconds to turn EvDo back on, run and let sit for 10 to 15 seconds. It is a Band-Aid fix, but faster than a reboot.)

Here is the APK, signed and ready to go.

remember:
this will ONLY work on rooted CDMA heros running AOSP-1.6
this will ONLY fix the EVDO error AFTER IT HAPPENS
obviously you must allow the app root access to write to /dev/qmi0

Please post in this thread if this helped you!

Just tried it here and it works great. Beats rebooting the phone everytime one wants to use wifi.

Hmmm...tried this and my dialer icon disappeared. Pressed the icon that was in its place and got message that the dialer was not installed. Will check this again since I have been playing around a lot....

I'm going to have to try this. This was the one reason I wasn't running 1.6, I go in and out of wifi through out the day and having to reboot to get evdo back was a killer.

I'm going to go try it now!
