I can not figure out what to do to fix the issues I am having (camera not working, speaker phone, incoming calls with no sound).

Do you know if just the radio needs to be changed?

Is there a certain radio I should look for?

Please follow the instructions of the threads you use\read since you have a patched radio 1.70.0liNex due to sim unlocking you need to flash a Radio.

To find the best Radio for your device since so many variables you will need to spend some time flashing and testing.
