I think that it means that, for example, just like how you can already run "iPhoneTodayCmdLine.exe --wireless" (or "iPhoneToday.exe --wireless" for the PND version) from scripts and other apps to toggle wireless when iPT is running, you can now do that when iPT isn't even running and it'll run iPT (silently, i.e. no GUI), toggle wireless and exit. EDIT: Yes, I've now tested it and that's exactly what it does. It don't have wireless or bluetooth on my PND, but --rotate confirmed it for me. It's a clever little feature and might be handy for some people.
