Default Help!! Very slow data speeds!!

OK ive done this before but im having major issues with the data speeds on my tilt 2. I did the tethering like i always do and installed the speed hack. enabled the hspda but my speeds on my new tilt 2 are very slow compared to my old one that i broke, i am lucky to get 500 down and 700 or 800 up and i used to get 1.5 or more down and 500 up so i dont know whats different from this newer one then my old one. Anyone having the same problem?

DONATE TO ME
do you have the proxy enabled or disabled?
Several factors can be effecting your speed like location and time of day.

Default Proxy unknown

I have no idea if the proxy is enabled or disabled, as for the location and time of day, i use my phone at work for internet and ive never had a problem with speeds untill i got the warrenty replacement from att, a brand new tilt 2 the old one always gave a great connection and great speed at least 1.5 down.

Ok now I am having this issue! Mine only happens on custom roms. I flash back to the original AT&T rom and speeds go back up. I have attempted almost all the radios and still no luck. I have disabled and re-enabled the proxy to no avail. I have also used the jh20001 speed cab to try and fix it. This occurs on all the custom roms I have tried from Energy (multiple builds) Cell(multiple builds) etc.. Speeds on AT&T's rom ar anywhere from 1100kbps-2100kbps. I try a different rom and speeds are always anywhere from 190kbps-580kbps no greater. HSDPA/HSUPA is enabled and also have tried it w/ j/HSDPA enabled and off. Any help would be greatly appreciated
