Wireless Tether - Mytouch/Windows

Can someone give me directions on how to get Wireless Tether to work on my Mytouch and Windows 7 Home Premium? Here is what I'm doing and getting in response -

I downloaded Wireless Tether v1.6 and here's what I do. Turn on my computer Bluetooth. Turn on Wireless Tether, start tethering, go to setup, select use bluetooth. In phone settings, make bluetooth discoverable. On my computer, I go to Control Panel, add a Device, it finds it, then I hit next, and from there I try to connect to the Access Point of the phone but for some reason in there my phone (T-mobile Mytouch) just restarts.

Can you give any advice for why this is happening? Is there a step I am leaving out? Any help would be great!
