Running CHT 1.8.5 on HD2, I installed lockscreen CAB,

But it has no effect

Any ideas ?

Welcome into the world of Anastasia, I would suggest you to read the tutorial on how to make the Anastasia Icons. Not that thy are bad, but to be honest your design don't follow the Anastasia design. (its not only the glass that makes Anastasia

)

But if you would read the tutorial, you will see you need to change/add two small steps to make it perfect, you are almost there.
