SMS 2016 Hotfix stopped working

Hi everyone,

I installed the hotfix to fix the 2016 time stamp problem and it worked initially, but now all my new texts are dated 2016 again. The ones I received the day I installed the hotfix (and prior) have the right dates. I tried to install the hotfix again, but it says it's already installed, and there is no uninstall that I can find. Anyone else see this happen? Anyone have a suggestion to fix it?

Now it's working again, and I've done nothing to the device. Texts that came today are dated 2010, but yesterday's are dated 2016. When I go to the messaging tab, it shows an old one from yesterday dated 2016 as the first text instead of a new one from today. What the ?!??!
