Question Replacing ROM files
Can I replace or write files in the phone ROM with a .cab file ( I just want to add weather cities but it´s stored in the ROM )

Sorry, I have still the orginal stock ROM with the HH_0413_WeatherCities_xml (also in ROM) without the file 2330fc3c_manila in de Windows directory ???

Have the same weather cities file in windows directory but not that manila file.......
