It seems Windows Phone 7 will reverse this regrettable move, if this Visual Studio Express page is anything to go. As can be seen above, the page claims “free tools that empower you to quickly get started learning and building Web, Windows, Phone and Database applications”.

If this is true, Microsoft is in the right direction towards developers !

Definitely will help attract developers.

I dont think microsoft is stupid enough to charge developers for the software to make apps on WP7. Especially with the Android SDK being free and all. I expect Visual Studio Express 2010 to be compatible with WP7.
