There is many release date online right now!
The Legend was released already in 3 countries but it seems only as to test the market because they were only a few hundreds.
The release dates for both Desire and Legend are:
-23/24 March
-1st April (April's fool?)
-6th April
-13th April (though very old release date)

It was just a leaked and watermarked beta, that is not a "Release" Stock Rom.

Anyway, thanks to all for reply

According to htc, they're releasing it in 15 days and 8 hours.. Different countries/carriers should get it shortly after this date.

Here's the countdown: www dot desirehtc dot com/
