Will explain here why.

So the developers here still working and they have alot things to fix we to be able to flash Android on real HTC Device and they know all the parameters.. chipsets... all the hardware info and still its hard.. and full of bugs..

And on the same time you have a Chinese Replica that no one can tell what hardware have because often what is writen is not true.. and you want to flash an Android?
Im sure that you even don`t know how Megapixels is your display!!!

If the display is the same size for example like Touch HD this not mean is true 480x800... and alot other things.. i don`t wana be rude

But the ROM`s not matter witch i mean the Cooked WM ROMS and Android ROM`s like you all know are made by device info.. for example the ROMs made for Blackstone are for Blackstone they will not work in a diferent device...
So in this point i dont see how you think to flash a new ROM .. even Android ?
sniff sniff that is heartbreaking news, but yes, you are correct. Guess I'll have to live with the WM6.1 on this phone forever

No offence, but next time, don't buy a clone. You're fooling yourself if you think you're saving money as you're not.

You have no support.
You'll get no custom ROMs.
It'll be built from sub-standard components.
Current Devices: Samsung Galaxy Note II (N7100), Acer Iconia Tab A511
Past Devices (too many to list, mostly Acers!)

I recently bought this Nexperia type phone to replace an xda iis, the model is an m89+, arm9 cpu 524mhz, it has built in GPS and wifi. Nexperia chipset I belive is Philips but I could be wrong
There are problems, network will not work with Asda mobile (MVNO via vodafone), and gps takes an age to lock sats. would this be caused by the radio version? (v1.07.9201) I hear people who have updated to wm6.1 with genuine HTC and other phones suffer the same issues with gps & gsm.
Would flashing the radio rom with v1.8 fix problems or make it unusable?
Will I need a radio rom specifically for this phone?
Sorry if I appear lame but never found the need to play around with the system before.

Default Nexperia sy.sol 5209

have a T3232 /3238 HTC Touch lookalike with the same Nexperia sy.sol 5209identity. For the price is very good quality. The radio is sensitive and so is the GS.

Has anyone figured out what the relevance of Nexperia sy.sol 5209 is.

I would love to be able to modify the Rom on this phone to embed our own software. Does anyone know how?

Tks

Well I have now sold this phone a while ago,

But while I owned it, it was actually very good. Only thing I think the GPS Took a little too long to get Signal.

Apart from that it was so fast, had the XScale Monohans Chip I believe.

Yeah I have no idea who makes the Nexperia boards, only relevance I found is something to do with Phillips, other than that I don't know who manufacturers it.

Cool Nexperia sy sol 5209

Nexperia™ is a trademark of Royal Philips Electronics Inc. for Cellular System Solutions. The technics are to simplify real-time audio, video streaming, life-gaming and they support UMTS and GPRS/EDGE. These 3G handsets and cellular phones were fitted with different ROM and Radio Versions as well as the CPUs differ in Model No. and Mhz. For registration of a certain IMEI, the Model No. of each device must identify the product as unique. Corporations as HTC, Google, Vodafone, Telekom etc. ad their own brand outside after they have implemented their own ROM Version.

The famous brand of advertising hides all the companies' identities whose CPUnities, motherboards, modules etc. rule the devices. Many ROMs are necessary for each Mobile Phone, but the Model No. only shows the brand of one of these ROMs.
