Need WM6.5.x in german, where can I find it?

Hello,

I want to flash a WM6.5.x on to my Touch Diamond. (where can I download it?)
I'm from Germany and so I want to have a german ROM too.
I have heard that you can cook your own firmware and so you can put another language into too, isn't it? How can I do this? And can YOU help me by that? That would be very nice!
