We want to be able to use this phone on a US Carrier. Can anyone help us with this?

I built a rom and have this phone running on cricket.

I used PPCKitchen, and had to build my own build bases (core)
My work on this device is in a support ticket at ppckitchen.org

U will need to download (from updater) the files related to another 240x320 device (vogue), because you will use these system bases and apps

I tried this and it ran and made the subdirectory "1" but there is nothing in the folder and my phone didn't reboot though the program is done running.
Is it done or can I not flash roms onto my phone now ? Please help, thanks.

Bootloader does not show "0.28.Hard".

Could someone tell me why I can't flash my phone it's a NEON 400 (Touch Dual by bell) I already checked the registry HKLM/Security/Policies/Policies/0000101B and it's set 1, then softreset, it creates subderictory 1 but nothing is inside, some option? or something that I'm missing, hope someone answer

I also have this problem, after editing the registry when flashing Hard SPL errors and nothing is flashing ...
