Here is a new movie of the htc desire. It looks like it is a retail model... It was posted yesterday so I think its possible.

I hope HTC will not postpone Desire's release to mid April,waiting till April 1 is already a torture
Perhaps the full reviews are ready but HTC is holding them off for whatever reason
Would they want to sell a bunch of N1 before?

Looks nice, altough youtube captions dont really work on this guy, i laughed a lot during his review.
on the other note, vodafone nl still say it that phone is coming mid April
