Recovery Help

I am extremely new to android and and have just recently flashed the rooted Rom. Now i need to flash recovery before being able to flash any other roms. This is where i get lost. It seem like all the instruction i can find pick up at the entering commands in. Is there anywhere i can find the exact steps. ex. unpack zip into tools, open up this, then click on this.............I apologize if this has been answered somewhere i have tried search and come up with nothing helpful. Any answers or links to answers would be awesome thanks!!!

I think you mean you got Root, I don't believe you can flash a ROM without the modded recovery. Follow this guide and you'll be set...

Extract that .zip file into the \tools\ folder of your Android SDK, connect your phone and enable USB debugging, run the install_root.bat file, and select option 2.
