Just copy the cygwin1.dll into the same folder as FrankenKaiser i think with xp any cygwin1.dll should be ok.

Dont now why but before i go to sleep this didn't work, and now it's working... Thank you for your messages

For someone who needs, the cygwin1.dll is at:

C:/cygwin/bin

Only copy the file from there to folder FrankenKaiser-V19004, i remember now that earlier i did download cygwin1.dll file from internet and didnt work (that's the mistake)
