[ROM] VanillaLegend 1.2 (4/23/10) rom.

This is Darchstar's Legend rom with elements of ASOP (we don't have the kernel source yet to my knowledge)
This is my first full ROM modifications.

Version 2
Updated ASOP software (thanks again darchstar), themed most of the rom


Everything from a hardware perspective is working. With some ASOP elements this is a rom. White Task bar theme. Friend stream is in this rom as well as morelocale. Basically i would like to to give me some feedback. I prefer the legend roms to ours they seem to run quicker and with Darchstar quitting on the great hybrid roms. =( i figured i would try to keep his ASOP elements in his roms.

I do not use app2sd so if someone would please test and let me know if its work that would be great

Features:
v2 based off of DarchLegend 5.0.5, added ASOP Elements
v1 added ASOP elements to DarchLegend 4.3.1, pre installed Vanilla Lockscreen, installed theme
Apps2sd (still needs to be tested but should work)

Doesn't work
Gallary 3D doesn't like to rotate it will screw up graphics

Notes
This is basicly an updated version of his v2 DarchVanilla.

1. use morelocale to install EN US language to get us news.

4. For Apps2sd you need to install busybox symlinks
Right after you flash the rom go into adb shell and do this

adb shell /system/xbin/busybox --install /system/xbin

What can you tell about the kb? Is it Stock or Android KB? also, since some of it is based on Darch - is the new phone/contact apk part of this? I believe it is best if you post a list of changes and what it includes that way ppl start jumping into this ROM

This is not aosp

Hey guys, i'd like to present this new side project i'm working on called darchvanilla. Since touchscreen and camera don't like to play along well with aosp, i decided to make a vanilla rom with aosp elements so we could have camera alongside the minimalistic aosp environment.

This is probably gunna be the last darchvanilla from me

Is this like Legendroid 1.0.1??

no at the moment the base is DarchVannilav2 and DarchLegend roms
