Default Need help, frozen phone, can't reset

Hey guys, I've got a really big problem here. I usually change roms every few months. A couple of days ago I changed to LEO CELL PRO V8. Today I found that the phone was unresponsive to commands and the screen was completely black except for the taskbar on top.

So I thought I'd reset it. Doing a soft reset lets the phone reset normally, but when it finishes resetting the end product is the same: dead black screen with taskbar visible on top.

So I thought "I'll just flash to a different rom". It turns out that's impossible.

When I try to flash a new rom using the USB cable I can't do that because the phone needs to sync first before the rom can be changed. The phone won't sync because it requires me to enter the 4 digit unlock code first. Since the phone is unresponsive I can't do that.

Next I thought I'd do a Hard Reset. When I get to the screen that says "Press VolUp to reset or any other key to cancel" nothing happens, independently of what key I press: volup or any other.

Then I thought I'd flash it from the microSD card. So I follow the instructions to enter the bootloader (with the phone off press the VolDown key + power button until you see the RGB screen). Well, the RGB screen appears for a split second and then it takes me to a grey screen that says "Trigger Ramdump Mode" and is totally unresponsive to any command.

I can't think of anything else. Do I have a brick in my hands? If so my next phone will be a blackberry...

Have you tried to take out your Micro SD Card and then going into your bootloader, then connecting USB to your Phone and Flashing threw PC?

Hmm, I have no idea then...

Yes, I can't do those things: with or without the microSD card the phone goes into "Trigger Ramdump Mode" screen instead of bootloader when booting pressing voldown + power.

Have you tried taking your sim out and then trying to sync. Then try running task 29.
