Default 100% working Sense on Nexus = forgone conclusion?

As an at&t customer i'm tired of waiting on them to release htc devices 6-8 months after they release over seas. I know there are a few sense/desire ports to the nexus already, just with minor bugs here and there. Is it safe to assume that soon there will be a fully functional/bug free desire rom for the N1?

I'd pony up for the N1 quick-like if so.

Thanks

the delay is just the way it is. I'd like to remind you though that AT&T usually gets HTC phones before other carriers if they decide to sell the device.

I'd say the desire ROM is already close enough to perfection on the N1 that you wouldn't notice a thing, but if you are hell bent on waiting for it to be 100% then you'll be waiting forever.

I'f I were you I'd get the n1 and see if you like the stock UI. Then if you don't flash sense.
