imate ultimate 8502 strange problem

hi friends,
i have a Imate ultimate 8502 ,
mic , speaker & ringer not working while outgoing call.........


everything ok in incomming call.....
* reseted
* master cleared
still same,

pls help me how can i sw it???

is there anybody have the link"Ultimate_8502_WWE_WM6.1.zip (67.2 MB)" except rapidshare , bcoz rapidshare not working here

I also had the same problem.. uninstalled spb mobile shell and s2u2. now its working fine since last week. Don't know what's the relation between these programs and ultimate 8502.
