Looking for Flixster app or something similar

I have done a search and dont seem to be able to pull anything. But it was either on XDA or the T-Mobile forums site, I thought I saw a post where someone was able to put Flixster on their T-Mobile HD2.

Is this possible? I used it all the time on my MyTouch Android phone and would like to have it for my new device as well.

Still learning so very much a noob with the HD2. I see a lot about inserting Cab files, but is there a post that says where one inserts these files? So an example would be the Landscape (Home Screen) fix. Where does this cab go? One thing that I noticed is that my stock phone some times the home screen will go into landscape by accident, but I cant make it do landscape to begin with.

Being a noob is not bad. Everyone begins that way. All you do is copy the cab whatever it may be onto your phone then you use the file explorer find it and just click on it and it automatically installs itself. The you would go into programs and find the file you just installed. As far as the screen orientation only certain screens or apps support landscape. I hear there are cabs to make your homescreen change but I never tried one.

i came over from android as well and the flixter app worked pretty well. i've for something compatable and while imo i havent found anything quite on the same level as flixter (for movie searches that is) i did end up buying "showtime watcher" from http://www.rvanavr.com

seems to be the best app based solution for movie time searches imo
