Wired Tethering help

Hi guys thanks for all your help in the past. I'm having alot of trouble getting my wired tethering to work. Wireless works perfect no issues there. Thing is when i turn on wired tethering on my phone my device manager on my comp bring up nexus one with a question mark and i cant install any drivers at all. When the tethering is off the computer does recognize the phone. ADB does recognize it when i do (adb devices) when tethering is off, when its on it doesnt. I get the serial number. Its just when I start the wired tethering. I got my drivers from SDK.

I searched and searched on the forums and I couldnt find anything.

You need the "Remote NDIS based Internet Sharing Device" driver.
