2 questions pls

hey guys i have 2 questions for u ...i'll be glad if u'll be able to help me .

1st Q- sometimes im listening to music using my earphones. im putting the phone itself on vibrate , and then changing the volume of the song by pressing on the volume buttons on the side of the phone . i see the tab which has 2 parts - system and ringer . im changing the system only , and the ringer is still on Vib. but when i have a phone call its ringing .. am i doing something wrong ?

2nd Q- on the main screen , on the middle,there is the clock and weather.
when pressing on it , i can see 2 options :" my current location " and also the name of the city where i am. sometimes , instead of writing the name of the city ,, its writing " my current location " and i have to change it.
i doiwnloaded a fix someone posted here , but it helped me only for the weather tab , to remove th current location from the locations list.
how can i fix it also regarding the clock ?
