Can't uprom ship prophet after flashing SPL ship

I try to dump rom ship by HyperCore_V1.01.exe
so there are two spl 91000000-SPL_1.nb & 91000000-SPL_2.nb
Because of the same size (768k) ,so i only use 91000000-SPL_1.nb to convert to nbf by using nb2nbf.exe
After flashing SPL .Boot loader shows that IPL 2.20.0001 and SPL 2.20
but i made a mistake.Hex editor XVI32 show that 91000000-SPL_1.nb & 91000000-SPL_2.nb is different

now i can't use rom ship or NVID ROM to recover

Hepl me solve my problem

As your phone can turn on and you have bootloader, you can recover it. so go to device manager on your PC as see if the driver is installed and download NVID rom and flash it. And add some more explaination of your problem.

i have tried NVID rom and flash it .but stop at 80%
can you give me some advice ?

try Hard SPL, and post results.

You dont need to load os. you have what you need thats bootloader. Means that your phone is not dead. Go to This you have all info and files, see if your phone is g3 or g4 and flash Hard SPL.

then HARD SPL
when just boot loader ,you cant hard spl

normally my spl 2.20.0001
but now spl 2.20 --> spl fail
